As an Executive-level leader who has created strategic business partnerships domestically and internationally, Suzanne is recognized for creating innovative HR infrastructures that deliver strong sustainable results. She is an experienced change agent for cultural integration and managing due diligence, compliance, and integration of mergers and acquisitions. Other areas of expertise include compensation plan design, employee relations and investigations, benefit plan design and implementation, legal compliance and training and development.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and her Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT. In addition, she is a member of SHRM and holds an SCP certification and an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
